DELETE ACCOUNT
Once submitted, your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. All your data including diary entries, settings, and profile will be removed and cannot be recovered.
This action is irreversible. Your account will be soft-deleted within 7 business days. and permanently removed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
How to Request Account Deletion
From the DairyDiary App (Recommended)
Open DairyDiary → Go to Settings → Scroll to Danger Zone → Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account will be soft-deleted immediately.
Via This Web Form (Fallback)
If you no longer have access to the app, fill in the form below with your registered email address and submit. Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
Via Email
Alternatively, email us directly at dairydiaryapp@gmail.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.
What Happens to Your Data
Permanently Deleted (within 30 days)
- ✕Your account profile and login credentials
- ✕All diary/delivery records associated with your account
- ✕All settlement and transaction records
- ✕All tenant and customer data you created
- ✕App preferences and settings
Retained (Anonymised or Legal Requirement)
- ✓Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (no personal identifiers)
- ✓Deletion request records retained for 90 days for legal compliance
Retention period: Your account is soft-deleted immediately upon request from DairyDiary application. All personal data is permanently and irreversibly purged within 30 days. During this grace period your account cannot be accessed but reactivation may be possible by contacting dairydiaryapp@gmail.com.
